Fitness Breakfast for Champions – Pump those muscles

Want a great body? Then a great fitness breakfast is a must. I never train without a meal in me, even when I’m getting shredded for a shoot.

Fitness Breakfast for Champions

100-140g Myprotein gluten free oats
10 medium egg whites
1 tsp Myprotein organic cocoa powder
Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Myprotein peanut or almond butter
50g blueberries, 50g raspberries
1 chopped medium banana

Fitness Breakfast

1: Mix or blend oats with egg whites & cocoa powder
2: Pre heat a non stick pan and add a teaspoon of Myprotein coconut oil
3: Pour in the mixture
4: Fry one side on a medium heat until desired texture (do not burn it like I sometimes do!)
5: Slide the pancake upside down onto an oven-proof plate
6: Add the cinnamon, then brown the top of the pancake under a pre heated grill medium to high heat
7: Spread 2 tablespoons Myprotein peanut butter or almond butter over the top of pancake
8: Add chopped banana on top of the peanut/almond butter
9: Add blueberries & raspberries on top
10: Enjoy!

Breakfast for Champions

High fat and protein option fitness breakfast – Cheesy Omelette

1 tsp Myprotein coconut oil
6 eggs (3 whole & 3 white)
Big palmful of low fat Myprotein cheese or spicy cheese

Mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach
Optional: half an avocado on the side (if you want more fats)
Optional: salad on the side

Fitness Breakfast

1: Heat the coconut oil in a large non stick pan
2: Cook the chopped mushrooms and tomatoes
3: Stir the eggs, egg whites, and cheese together then pour into the pan
4: Put the spinach on top
5: Add a bit more cheese on top and brown under the grill if you like

Benefits:
Great option if you’re carb sensitive
Ideal for a low day if you’re carb cycling
Nice pre training option if you train early
Cost effective

Fitness Breakfast for Champions

High carb and protein option fitness breakfast РOats & Whey

100g+ Myprotein gluten free oats
50g Myprotein Impact Whey or Iso Pro Whey (I love choc brownie flavor in this)
1 tsp Myprotein organic cocoa powder
Cinnamon
50g blueberries, 50g raspberries
1 chopped medium banana

1: Mix oats with boiling water, or cook them in the microwave
2: Leave to cool for 1-2 minutes, then stir in the whey, cocoa, cinnamon
3: Top with the fruit (or stir it in – depends what you prefer and how pretty you want to make it!)
