Manufacturers of supplements claim that this supplement is necessary in the closet of every serious bodybuilder. To this date these claims do not  have any prove on a live person.

Arginine which is known to stimulate the secretion of large doses of growth hormone and insulin. According to scientific knowledge, people can take it in a daily amount of 30 grams. Its a recommendation for Pills that have 1 gram to take a maximum of 2 grams per day. Everything over 10 grams causes indigestion. Ornithine releases even higher doses of growth hormone, but is also not possible to take sufficient quantity through pills. So, to feel the effect of these two amino acids we should take them intravenously. This does not sound appealing to many of us.

BCAA (leucine, isoleucine, valine) – although very famous supplement, did not show some substantive results in training with weights. However, if you think that you need it, buy a good protein powder and add at least 5 or more grams of BCAA. This way you will not need to buy amino acids separately.

Glutamine also did not show any great results, even though there are lots of discussions going around. Same as BCAA, buy high quality protein powder and add one dosage of glutamine in it. Best to take it together with your meal.However, it is interesting that a byproduct of the amino acid leucine part called HMB showed that at doses of 3 grams per day has an effect on the force. It is still early for this claim and should make for more research to verify this, but maybe this is a new supplement that will increase the efficiency of your workout.

CARNITIN

This supplement is very popular with people who want to lose weight, some swear that there are results. The problem is that taking carnitine unfortunately, does not increase the amount of carnitine in the body. Carnitine transport from the blood into muscle is very slow. However, some athletes take carnitine along with carbohydrates to affect the level of insulin in the body. Of course that’s another topic. What is important is that carnitine pills will significantly help you lose weight. Also you might sweat more, but do not mix this with loss of fat.

Many of us drink our coffee with milk and sugar, although clean double black coffee can be a great “loader” before the workout. It is important to drink on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before a workout and you should feel a nice change. Only condition is that you have not had 5 coffees during the day. It depends on how your body is hook to caffeine.

Although for a long time, there was an opinion that caffeine and carnitine can directly affect fat oxidation, today most of us know that it has really little effect on metabolism. What has been shown is that affects as a stimulant of the central nervous system. That means that the stimulus superior flow from the head, not the body.

Known case of a famous cyclist who bagged his coach to use the new steroid of which he had heard. The coach finally decides to fulfill his desire, but instead of using steroid, he injects him with sugar water. The cyclist did the race of his life, claiming that he never had that much energy. This is a confirmation of how the psyche is important if you think you have taken something that will improve performance, unconsciously taking our training to a higher level.
