Hello Ms. Paparone, can you please tell us where it all started?

I have always been athletic in gymnastics since I was 7 years old until senior year in high school.  After high school, I became anorexic, and because of that I choose to change my life and start training with weights.  Bodybuilding had saved my life!

My favorite is the Step mill.  Although, I do use the stationary bike as well.

In this world, we have to be careful with our food choice, however, what is Ms. Paparone favorite food?

My favorite food would be pasta and bread.  Of course, that’s on my cheat day.

The most stubborn muscle, what gave you the biggest headache?

I never like working legs, because they take so much out of you.  But you have to focus and work them.
